We don't do safety nets. Every drop is custom-printed, carbon-washed, and assembled specifically for active drops in strictly limited numbers. Because all items are limited edition, we do not accept returns, refunds, or size swaps. Measure your fit or live with the mistake.

If we fucked up the print or the seams are busted, we'll replace it or refund you. Send proof.

• Hit us up within 7 days of delivery.
• You must include clear, high-resolution photographs illustrating the structural or print defect.
• Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. If you wore it, you own it.

Email support@lowdflex.in. Subject header: [DEFECT REVIEW - ORDER #XXXX]. Do not send stuff back without our shipping label. Unauthorized packages will be trashed at the warehouse door.

Once we verify your return, we'll process the refund back to your source within 5–7 business days. Simple as that.
